I was a new patient sent there to have a wisdom tooth remove. They did not talk to me prior to my extraction, just took me back and numbed me up I had given them my insurance info when I called to make the appt so didnt think anything of it. After my tooth was pulled(it took a total of 2 minutes to do so) they tell me they had to file it under my medical because it was oral surgery (I wasnt cut on or anything) the tooth was full erupted, etc....they tried to charge me 350 dollars. I kept begging them to run my insurance again or call them. The doc then immediately drops my cost to 250 which I still didnt have the amount at that time, they told me I could not leave without paying them in full. I wrote a check and my insurance company told me to stop payment as they would cover it all....now the place is trying to get a warrant on me for the check when my insurance is paying them. I will NOT go back there again.

They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. They were so nice and professional and even called me to remind me about my upcoming appointment. They offer the best pricing I've ever seen. I couldn't believe how little I ended up having to pay. They were so happy to answer each and every question I had. They also encouraged me to call if I need any more answers in the future. Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately.
