I had been to Dr. Morrissey and liked him so I made an appt for my son who attends college an hour away. He came down for the appt and wasn't told until he was in with the nurse that Dr. Morrissey was on vacation and he was going to be seen by Dr. Goldman. Unacceptable! I had used Dr. Goldman several years ago, did not like him and specifically made appt with Dr. Morrissey and when my son checked in he said he had and appt with Dr. Morrissey. Nobody ever said anything until he was in the exam room. We left unseen and they didn't even apologize (just offered to reschedule) although as per their policy, if WE had cancelled our appt within 24 hrs they would have charged us. Very unprofessional way to handle patients although I think Dr. Morrissey is a good doctor.

There definitely appears to be a trend of overbooking clients here. The wait has gotten longer and longer from when I first started seeing them. They needed to pay a little more attention to detail, to make sure they didn't make any mistakes. I could tell their entire attention wasn't focused on me. It really disappointed me how rude and unfriendly the staff was. They make you feel like an intruder in the office! I've seen Dr. Goldman a few times and would strongly discourage anyone from seeing him. He left the room 2 times to answer his cell phone, forgot my name, spent all of 30 seconds examining me, and then billed me an extrodinary amount for the office visit that DID NOT include procedures =( I have worked in medical transcription and billing for years and I'm pretty sure he's commiting some kind of billing fraud based on my experience.....proceed with CAUTION!

I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged. I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long. I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood. I've been to some other places where I was scared to get out of my car but not here. The staff really knows what they're doing, and they know a lot about the company they work for. They're able to answer most of my questions, and the only ones they don't are the ones they need their boss's approval for. I spent a little too much time in the waiting room because of a receptionist error. I've waited longer at other offices, but I was hoping to be seen sooner.

Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. I left the appointment feeling so much more at ease and much more knowledgeable about what was going on with me. They answered every single one of my questions thoroughly and I felt very informed. They have a very good professional reputation. I know that I'm under the care of an expert. I have more than once recommended them to my friends and people I've met. They are the best of the best!
