I didn't spend very much time in the waiting room, which I really appreciated. I was seen very quickly. I had to wait for a little while after I arrived for my appointment, but I've had to wait longer at other places. I was a little disappointed with how long they made me wait for my appointment. I thought that since I had an appointment, I wouldn't have to spend as long as I did in the waiting room. They have a very good professional reputation. I know that I'm under the care of an expert. I love that I can count on them to work with me until they find a solution for my situation. Other places I've visited, seem to give up after they don't have an answer for me the first time, but not here.

There is no way I would ever want to go back to see them again. They had no idea what they were doing. One thing that I don't appreciate, is that they close exactly at their scheduled time whether someone needs help or not. I can't count on them to help me if I show up even a couple of minutes past their closing time. They weren't friendly at all. They were extremely rude and impolite.

This doctor did nothing to help me and then when I called to state that I needed additional assistance as my pain had not subsided, he refused to help. It forced me to locate another doctor to help, which I did and now I am on my road to recovery. This doctor may be intelligent, but he is lazy and has a rude bedside manner!

No, they close exactly on schedule despite any circumstances

No, I didn't notice an odor

Not really. I usually have to remind them.

They answered my questions and spent a lot of time with me. I didn't feel like they were trying to rush my appointment at all. After I arrived for my appointment, I didn't have to wait long in the waiting room at all. They called me back within fifteen minutes. All the advice they gave me was unbiased and helpful. I was confident that I could trust them. They always return my phone calls quickly. I always know that I'll get a prompt answer to my question. They ask you to call 911 if your call is an emergency.
