They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased. (Now personal statement follows)
Dr. Waterhouse is a dedicated and wonderfully talented professional. While on vacation to CO from Texas I had a retina detach and was blind in one eye. He took my case and operated within a few hours, making time for my treatment from 9:00 to 11:00 PM on a Friday night. Two years later, My vision remains clear in in the once-blind eye. I was 70 yrs old at the time and for this miracle of surgery he charged less than my dentist charged for two crowns on the teeth at another time. His office was always full and one could overhear the humane and flexible arrangements for time-payments that his staff was making for a great number of the financially disadvantaged from all walks of life.
Truly, Dr. Waterhouse is one of the caring geniuses that particularly illuminates the health care profession.

Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily. They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional.

Not really. I felt like an annoyance when I asked a question
