They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. They were absolutely amazing and make others in the same field look like beginners. It was very noticeable that they practiced good oral hygiene themselves. If it wasn't obvious I probably would've doubted that they were any good, but I could tell right away. They have a very good professional reputation. I know that I'm under the care of an expert. Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately.
