Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately. I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. I love the way that they interact with both me and my child every time we visit. They always respect my child's individuality and make an extra effort to always include them. I really love that they have plenty of doctors and nurse practitioners as back-up support for when the pediatrician is sick or unavailable. I feel a lot better knowing that someone will always be available when I need them.

Definitely! They were some of the most child-friendly examining rooms I've ever seen

No, they made everyone sit together

I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long. They make sure to treat all their clients equally and without favoritism. I've always hated it when I've seen favoritism going on at other places I've visited. It's nice that it doesn't happen here. It is so refreshing to see a provider that you can tell truly cares about their appearance. They strive to maintain a professional appearance and look their best at all times. I had to wait for a little while after I arrived for my appointment, but I've had to wait longer at other places. Their office was the absolute perfect temperature. It was so nice to be able to get out of the weather outside and sit in a relaxing, comfortable office.

All the time! the waiting rooms are always packed and It seems as if they are more concerned about quantity over quality

Not at all, their office smelled fantastic!

No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments

I would absolutely recommend them to my friends looking for a good pediatrician. They were fantastic with my kids. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy. They didn't pressure me to buy anything I didn't need, which I really appreciated. I've been to other places that pressured me to buy stuff and it always made me very uneasy. They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance.
