I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. I am never put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a quick question I won't have to wait a half hour through terrible music to get it answered. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. The toothpaste they used during my cleaning tasted great. It made the experience that much better.

When comparing them to others I have visited for the same condition, they are among the best I have seen. I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long. It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members.

We had to make an emergency appointment with this dentist as we were on an Alaskan cruise and my daughter chipped her front teeth. Dr. Anderson cleared his schedule and saw my daughter as soon as we docked in Juneau. His office is a bit off the cruise ship beaten path, but our taxi driver found it and we were welcomed in. My daughter was very upset about chipping her teeth, but Dr. Anderson put her at ease, and did a wonderful job of veneering the area that was chipped, which was a pretty large part of her front teeth. His prices were very reasonable too. When we got home, I took her to our dentist who said he did a beautiful job with the texture and color match as well as the structural integrity of the veneer. Thank you Dr. Anderson!!

I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated. I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something. I really admire them for being more than willing to ask for help from other professionals in the field when they don't have an answer to my question. They aren't even slightly arrogant, and I'm confident they always have my best interest at heart. They were absolutely amazing and make others in the same field look like beginners. One of my pet peeves is bad breath, and one thing that I have always noticed about this provider is that they never have bad breath. I've never even noticed a smell at all.
