They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on. I've been to one or two places that had a really bad smell. I was worried I would encounter it here too but I didn't notice anything. I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of.
