I felt like she went out of her way to accommodate my schedule. I always got the appointment time I wanted. She went out of her way to make me feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciated the extra effort she made to avoid that with her patients and w/ me. She was always able to answer simple questions over the phone. She only made me schedule appointments if necessary. I was always amazed at how considerate and concerned she was for my well-being. Her advice was always wonderful and completely unbiased. I felt that she really valued my health and happiness because she followed up even after my appointment just to check up on me. It was such a nice gesture that made a huge difference. Dr. Susan Delgalvis was the best doctor in my entire life, always helping me to be the best person that I could be--letting me be free trying things to see if it would improve my health and situation with 100% support and assistance. Just having her as my doctor provided me with not only quality but rather added the spice of life, whispering in the wind providing silence and happiness within my soul. She was not only brilliant but eccentric and I loved that about her
as she was in touch with my needs and concerns--and gave me over 100% care, dignity and respect. She honored me as a person going as far as to read a communication book to be able to communicate with me--as
she was so brilliant beyond imagination. It was nice to have a doctor with such style, character, and the intelligence to be in touch when a problem arose and took immediate action to make things better. She actually saved my life more than once, was firm in her approach some times, sensitive to my needs if things needed to be adjusted with treatment as she
was a doctor who listened to her patients day or night--even if a call arrived at her house, on call, during the night. I always knew that she had a concern for me, some times worrying but letting me be free and explore all my alternative possibilities and would boost me if I needed the extra pampering and care. She was honest in her approach as a doctor and never lied to me about anything as some doctors do with their patients. She
gave me back my life emotionally, physically and mentally while also challenging and inspiring me to not settle for less but for the best--aiming for the stars and dancing with the wind. She assisted me in feeling more comfortable with having ITP and with what my abilities were capable and realistic in acquiring--but almost demanding more from me whereas I had even more respect and admiration for her as a doctor. My comments are probably colored in this evaluation as she was my doctor, with her professional approach, but she also became a person within my heart as she had a heart of gold and went the extra mile for me as her patient. I could fully trust her as she was of her honor and of her word. She assured me, too, that the best treatment would be provided as I was important no matter what even though other doctors in my life never treated me like this.
She gave me laughter, challenges and fun and excitement and even with me being sick she allowed me the opportunity to forget the facet, and to make the best of my situation while giving support and full assistance. It was such an honor having her as my doctor and always made me proud of the fact as she was such quality and provided more than 100% care for me. I would, without hesitation, recommend her to any future patient, letting them know that they are in the best hands with their care and their own journey in health and getting well. She's the best ever, she will always be in my heart for all the wonderful things she had done for me. More doctors need to learn from her example. I would rate or give Dr. Susan Delgalvis an A+ definitely as she's the best and she's not only a doctor with promptness and concern but she also is human enough to share some of her husband's photographs in the office to things that were personal and special items reflecting what type of person she was and offering even more comfort and support to her patients. She is more than
an excellent doctor, displaying patience and a type of love from her heart
to provide the best for her patients and going the extra mile in improving her patients health if possible. She's more than remarkable--she's a special doctor with such class and style that her qualities are not found too often with other doctors practicing. I, therefore, give her an A+ for her excellence. She's the best ever! Thank you Dr. Delgalvis from the bottom of my heart!. It has been more than a pleasure and a privilege to have you as my doctor. You will always be in my heart. Thank you for improving and bettering my entire life and existence as you are appreciated. I was very fortunate to have her as my doctor--what a god send in our society today when few doctors care about their patients. Over all, my health improved because I had her as my doctor--and she has been the best teacher and healer, ever on the entire planet, on the face of the Earth.:)
