I felt that Dr. Russell wanted to get in and out of the exam room as quickly as possible. I had a few questions. She gave me brief answers. She sent me out with medication that could have potential problems with no explanation of the meds or the condition and seemed annoyed by the questions that I did get out. She told me she would not be able to answer any questions until she saw my blood work and that she would be in touch. I never heard from her. She seemed very upset that I wanted an iud instead of a permanent procedure for birth control. I had the distinct impression that she would prefer to do something that she could bill at a higher rate. I have heard great things about her but after 2 annual visits I won't go back

Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something. Not only did I find a parking spot right away, but I knew my car was safe because the spots were designated and close to the entrance. Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately. They were so respectful and kind. They went above and beyond what I would expect and really made me feel welcome.
