I knew I was getting top-of-the-line treatment when they told me about what they learned at the latest conference they attended, and how they were incorporating that knowledge into the practice. The staff was very helpful no matter how many times I called with a question or concern. They never made me feel uncomfortable for asking any question. The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members.

They listened closely to everything I was telling them, and showed a lot of attention to detail. I've never had to worry about them forgetting something or not reading my information correctly, which I've encountered at other places. I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen. They were by far one of the best I've ever seen in their field. It was obvious that they've been exceeding their clients' expectations for many years. Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time. At other places I've been to, it's always bothered me when they postpone my appointment, but they've never done that here. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable.

Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately. They put in the extra effort to make me feel valued and important. They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance. They called me with my test results fairly quickly. I was happy with their promptness.
