I've been seeing Dr. Arrigo for 4 years now - I can't say enough about what a wonderful doctor she is. Although there have been times where the wait is longer than some other places - she is completely worth it. I just try to book my appt. for a time where I don't have to head somewhere else! They have gotten much better and much more aware of the problem I've noticed. The staff is wonderful and friendly as well. Would definitely reccommend to anyone!

I wasn't worried about their equipment. It was safe and well taken care of. Dr. Arrigo is nice and professional. However, I've always had to WAIT and WAIT and WAIT-- nearly 3 hours for an annual checkup this November of 2010! I didn't feel particularly respected during my visits as waiting endlessly with no apologies from the staff sends a pretty clear signal about how unimportant patients are. They didn't really go out of their way to be nice--in fact the first receptionist I encountered was nasty and they later fired her, she was that bad apparently!
They make no effort to make me feel special. I don't think they appreciate my loyalty to them. I ended up spending quite a bit for my visit. Most aggravatingly: EVERY SINGLE BILL I've ever gotten from Dr. Arrigo had errors in it and I had to spend a lot of time going back and forth with her billing dept. to fix my bills! Plus the billing dept. wouldn't call me back for literally weeks at a time so I had to nag at them. Not pleasant. I've decided to no longer see Dr. Arrigo since the HASSLE factor is too great.
