They make sure to treat all their clients equally and without favoritism. I've always hated it when I've seen favoritism going on at other places I've visited. It's nice that it doesn't happen here. They were somewhat easy to reach in an emergency. They didn't answer the call at first, but did eventually call me back. I don't think I have ever been put on hold here for a long time and am so impressed with how quickly all of my questions are answered. There's nothing worse than having to wait on hold for a half an hour just to get someone to talk to you. They gave me sufficient information to make a decision about my treatment plan. This provider has no helpful information available online, apart from their address and phone number. They just have a basic listings page.

I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated. The restrooms at this office were spotless. It smelled amazing in there and looked immaculate. I don't think I have ever been put on hold here for a long time and am so impressed with how quickly all of my questions are answered. There's nothing worse than having to wait on hold for a half an hour just to get someone to talk to you. Has never tried to sell me unnecessary drugs. Dr. comes in to see you right away not just nurses and interns. high level of care and compassion.

I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. They always made sure that I wasn't in any pain. I was confident that they were using the latest treatment methods. I really admire them for being more than willing to ask for help from other professionals in the field when they don't have an answer to my question. Dr. West listens and takes my thoughts seriously. I'm confident he always has my best interests at heart. It is so refreshing to see a provider that you can tell truly cares about their appearance. They strive to maintain a professional appearance and look their best at all times.
