I have been a patient of Dr. Frerker for several years. He always listens before just dosing out the medication. He has me try helpful things at home that are easy and do not cost a lot. He makes relevant suggestions about my overall health and is not hesitant to have me see a specialist when he thinks its necessary. I like his nurse as well. She is very good at drawing blood without too much pain. I find her respectful and professional.

Not really, I've never seen them go above and beyond

I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long.
