I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen. Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately. I've been other places that left me unattended for quite awhile, but not here. They would never leave me unattended and they always go the extra mile to make me feel cared for. They really go above and beyond to make me feel special. I've never been anywhere that seems to care more about their clients than here.

Wonderful physician - when I went off about six daily prescriptions (I'm 23) and faced withdrawal effects, including horrible strep throat, Dr. Farag made it his mission to make sure I was well again. I am always sick, and he asked me to trust him to find out why. He is the first physician to ever demonstrate such care and compassion towards me - definitely an outstanding physician and person in general! I have struggled with an eating disorder in the past, however, and in my opinion his clinical focus on weight loss is not conducive to conversations with recovering women or men.

They had quite a few interesting magazines, which made my time in the waiting room go by much faster. They're really great about taking their time with me, and they don't mind answering my questions. I've never felt like an annoyance to them no matter how many questions I have. The office was easy enough to find.

I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged. I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care. They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously.

I haven't seen any coupons or discounts for this provider's office, but I haven't really looked. They never mention anything about promotions when I'm there. I was confident that they were using the latest treatment methods. They have really great customer service here. They always put their customers first, regardless of the situation. They barely ever answer any of my questions over the phone, and I've had to make way too many appointments. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have.

I will definitely recommend them to people I know. They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary. There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking.
