They always make sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. They've never left me waiting. They've never been late to any of my appointments. I've even showed up early sometimes and they've always been ready and prepared. It is so refreshing to see a provider that you can tell truly cares about their appearance. They strive to maintain a professional appearance and look their best at all times. As soon as I walked through the door, I was immediately greeted by the friendly staff. They went out of their way to make me feel special and appreciated. They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows.

My main complaint is getting them to respond perscription refill
requests, it may take a week. They are not really there on fridays
add a monday holiday and it takes awhile. They still use a paper
filing system,do not take credit cards, alittle behind the times.

No, they take every concern of mine seriously

No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments

Definitely! It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen!

There is no comparison!
Were the waiting room chairs comfortable at this endocrinologist's office?
Extremely comfortable; I could have fallen asleep

Not at all, it was the perfect temperature

Absolutely! I'm always able to get my questions answered over the phone right away!
