I will definitely refer my friends and family here. They were great and I think more people should know about them. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy. It is so refreshing to see a provider that you can tell truly cares about their appearance. They strive to maintain a professional appearance and look their best at all times.

I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated. They were very qualified and knowledgeable. I could tell that they've been doing their job well for quite a while. They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional.

They are so kind and caring, and they stay open way past their closing time to help anyone who needs them. They wouldn't deny anyone that needed help. I know I can always count on them. I considered their waiting area chairs to be the most comfortable I've ever sat in. I was so relaxed while waiting to see the dermatologist. The waiting area here is extremely spacious. There is never overcrowding and everything is spaced appropriately. I feel like they go out of their way to accommodate my schedule. I always get the appointment time I want. Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations.

Dr. Mary is INCREDIBLE! The entire office staff is absolutely fantastic. Everyone is very caring and will make sure their patients' needs are completely addressed. Marla, Dr. Blattner's trusty sidekick (nurse/assistant); Juanita, Dr. Blattner's reliable office manager/coordinator; and Cathy, Dr. Blattner's caring receptionist, are always extremely helpful.

I was confident that they were using the latest treatment methods. They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care. They have a very good professional reputation. I know that I'm under the care of an expert. They were very sympathetic to my situation, and made me feel cared for. I knew that I could count on them at all times. I don't know of anywhere else that would've taken better care of me. I had a great experience.
