Not at all, they had plenty of staff members to help me whenever I needed assistance

The staff is great. I feel for them. They work for a petty little man. He may be a good doctor but just can't get past his condescending attitude. This guy is a class A dick!

Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. They didn't help me as much as I was hoping and didn't answer all my questions. They charged me for services they did not perform and lied to me about what portion of my services would be covered by my insurance. When i called to try and sort out the charges, I was treated rudely my husband, who was also a patient was charged for the same services (which he did not receive either)! We finally had to cancel our credit card because Dr. Johnson continued to post charges to it month after month for services not rendered.
