Dr. Pratty is a very intelligent and endearing person. His knowledge and experience is encouraging, and I found him to be very approachable and easy to talk to. His ability to recognize the problem exceeded all of my expectations, especially when I consider the level of care I have received in the past from previous doctors. I would definitely recommend Dr. Pratty to a friend. They didn't pressure me to buy anything I didn't need, which I really appreciated. I've been to other places that pressured me to buy stuff and it always made me very uneasy. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. Every time I visit, I'm always given their whole attention throughout the entire appointment. They always go above and beyond to make me feel respected and important. Since I started visiting them, I'm better than I've been in years. They are very talented and have been able to help me recover more quickly than I would have been able to anywhere else. Although I have never had much to complain about I know that they always adhere to the customer is always right policy here. They take every complaint very seriously and strive to ensure that clients leave satisfied with their visit each and every time.
