I am a new patient of Dr. Horowitz, having seen him only three times. However, Dr. Horowitz is a warm and caring doctor, compassionate and he gets to the point of the matter very quickly. I should have seen him years ago! I highly recommend him especially if you suffer from post traumatic syndrome, anxiety and depression.
