Not at all, they had plenty of staff members to help me whenever I needed assistance

Yes, I had to wait quite a while

Not at all, it was the perfect temperature

Never, they are very reliable.

Not at all, they were one of the kindest, most attentive individuals I've ever met

The neighborhood was ok however this is the worst Dr I've ever seen!. It's shocking how little Dr. Kolesnick seem to care about customer service. From my experience It appears as if customers are never put first here. My apt was at 10:30 and he walked into the office at about 11. The Dr is incredibly rude and seem to care more about how the charts are prepared and if its to his liking. I could hear him yelling at his office manager that my chart wasn't prepared properly. When I went to find out what was going on the office manager was in tears and I had to speak with the girl at the front desk. She was very apologetic however she informed me that the Dr was gonna see everyone else before he sees me and to just reschedule me. This was my Third apt with Dr Kolesnick and I needed his recommendation to move forward with my treatment. I saw him in the hallway and asked if he was gonna see me. He walked into my room and said there is an issue with my file and will be in shortly. Then he slammed the examination room door shut!. He seemed like he was extremely irritated to be at work, and that he couldn't wait for me to leave. He didn't seem to want to help anyone. He barely gave me any information at all and the info he gave me was very confusing. The first time i saw him he stated that he was gonna suggest for me to get my surgery however when i recieved his report it was completley different frm what he said at my apt. So as a result i brought my mother with me so i could have a witness to how thus Dr. treats his patients. she was in shock as to how he runs his practice. I sympathies with the staff members And feel sorry that they work in a horrible work environment. I hope I never have to go back to see Dr. Kolesnick. I'm disappointed in how negative my review is but seems like this USC alumni is more concerned with decorating his office with banners and poster of USC and pictures with him and Joe Namath and other football players. Unfortunately unless you are a famous athlete for him to put on your wall don't expect to be treated like a human being who is hurt and in need of professional medical care!
