I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated. I've never had to worry about them being understaffed or not being able to help me right when I need it. They have a huge staff that's very knowledgeable and qualified. Let me just say that this business is in one of the safest areas around and you will be pleasantly surprised at how lovely the surroundings are.

I was confident that they were using the latest treatment methods. Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable. One thing I love about them, is that they're always willing to ask for other qualified professionals' advice when they don't have an answer for my question. I never have to worry about them giving me a wrong answer just because they weren't willing to ask for help. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy.

I felt that they really valued my health and happiness because they followed up even after my appointment just to check up on me. It was such a nice gesture that made a huge difference. I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. I am never put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a quick question I won't have to wait a half hour through terrible music to get it answered. The restrooms were very well-stocked at this provider's office. They always have toilet seat covers, paper towels and toilet paper and never run out. It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time. I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged.

I have had several injuries for which I have visited Oasis. The three surgeons I have visted have been extremely helpful and explained options for treatment. ONe resulted in surgery, two in rehabilitation. At the end - pain free, no recurring treatment required. Good place to visit for sports injuries.

They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance. They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. I've never had to worry about them being understaffed or not being able to help me right when I need it. They have a huge staff that's very knowledgeable and qualified. They offer the best pricing I've ever seen. I couldn't believe how little I ended up having to pay.
