I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation. I will definitely recommend them to people I know. This provider has helpful information available online, which is really convenient. They have a good website and online presence. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous.

During a visit to my primary doctor he noticed that my son's "skeletal" bones looked abnormal and sent me to see another perinatal specialist who told me my son would not survive at birth and to terminate the pregnancy immediately, I was 24 weeks. I had felt my son hiccup, kick and move and called my doctor for a second opinion. I was then referred to Dr Bradley, I cant even imagine what would have happend had I not seen her. She did agree that my son had a skeletal dysplasia but DID NOT recommend I terminate the pregnancy and urged me and referred me to a specialist who only deals with these abnormalities. She was comforting and answered all of my questions as I lay there sobbing, my son is here today because of her and I would recommend her to ANYONE and everyone. Genetic testing was done after his birth and he was diagnosed as a "dwarf", he is alive and well and healthy and beautiful, he is alive because Dr Bradley cared enough to spend the time and use her expertise doing the ultrasound, I am forever grateful.

First off, she spent most of the time we were with her for our ultrasound trying to scare us into making additional appointments with her. When that didn't work, she misdiagnosed a problem (later confirmed by another doctor to be fiction) and also incorrectly identified the gender of our baby.

She had us, before the appointment, send them all our insurance information so we would know exactly how much we would have to pay her and she wanted that money up front. OK, no problem, it's a tough economy.

Then two months later we get another bill from her asking for several hundred dollars more. When I called to say that wasn't the agreement, she said their office got the wrong info from the insurance company so I would have to pay more because of their mistake.

The mistake was mine for even going to this doctor.

I was referred to her after my OB thought there was a problem with my sons heart, I was 21 wks and terrified! I called the office pretty much hysterical and was given an appointment the same day. Her office staff did their best to sooth my fears although nothing at that point could have, I did have to wait about 45 minutes to see her but with that said, I was grateful to have gotten in so quickly. End result was that my sons heart was fine, she was thorough, caring, kind and reassuring. I would recommend her to anyone who is told to go to her, she even hugged me before I left, what doctor does that now a days? It was awesome! Stacie W.
