They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional. It was nice to hear how much the staff respected them. It made me that much more confident that I was under the care of a professional. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. They made sure to find out about my obstetric history and every pre-existing condition before my appointment. This made the examination go a lot faster.

They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. They were far to arrogant to get any sort of outside advice, even though they knew they should. I was hoping to see someone that considered my safety more important than always having an answer. I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased. They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows.
