Wait times varied, but it was never anything excessive. The fetal monitoring room is great with a dozen recliners and a large screen television. The nursing staff was very knowledgeable and capable. The ultrasound set up is first rate

Overall the facility is OK. You can't ever find parking. The Lobby is dirty and the tacky computer printed signs on the walls could be better organized. I get people can be idiots and needs signs to remind them not to smoke or bring in children but give me a break...get a bulletin board. The back office waiting room is nice with recliners although I'm curious the last time they were cleaned...no head sheets...eww! The ultrasounds rooms are very clean. The Front Office Staff needs an overhaul. The ladies at the desk are BEYOND RUDE!!! This is the only Dr's office I've ever been to that doesn't call you a day or two before to give you an appt reminder. They never ask when your available for a next appointment they just hand you a card with an appointment day. If you tell them your not available that day...dear God it's the end of the world! The attitudes and eye rolling has commenced. I made the mistake of doing that once and then when I showed up for that appointment they had me scheduled a 1/2hr before the time they gave me, so according to their calendar I was late...thank God I saved the card they gave me. Even still, the girl at the desk argued with me that it was my fault. REALLY!? I had proof it was their mistake and then when they went to help me...Oh My...I was such an inconvenience for them. I will for sure be telling my OB about this experience. I hope they lose their referrals!
