I really admire them for being more than willing to ask for help from other professionals in the field when they don't have an answer to my question. They aren't even slightly arrogant, and I'm confident they always have my best interest at heart. I never had to doubt their qualifications. They made their credentials completely obvious, which made me feel a lot safer. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. I've never seen anyone who is more respected by their staff. The entire staff only had great things to say about working there, and it made me want to return all the more. They always make sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. They've never left me waiting.

No, if they had music on it was very soothing

Yes, I've never had to worry about them missing any important information

He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.

Not at all, they were one of the kindest, most attentive individuals I've ever met

Not really. I had to schedule an appointment for most of my questions.

They were rarely able to answer any of my questions

Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable. They keep the restrooms well-stocked here, and not just with the basics. There is mouthwash, lotion and other amenities. You can tell they want their clients to be as comfortable as possible. They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed.
