Worst experience ever! He is never on time, be ready to wait at least an hour after your scheduled appt to see him. And check your bills. He charged me and forgot to mark "maternity" on it. Yet he has not reimbursed me even though my medical reimbursed him. I've called and called and after a year, NOTHING!

They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. Their staff is very friendly and relaxed. Depending on the time of day you may have a long wait before you see the doctor, but I think that's the nature of an OB-GYN since they are on call whenever one of their patients go into labor. Even when I could tell that Dr. Lasting was busy he didn't make me feel bad for asking lots of questions which I always did. Most important than any of these things is the actual delivery. He is great at what he does. I was so impressed at how attentive he was during the actual labor. Also, I chose to have a natural birth with no Pitocin, epidural or drugs of any kind. Some doctors will give you a hard time when you say that you don't want to be induced but he was completely comfortable with letting me plan my own birth. I have also heard that he is one of the best surgeons to do C-sections if that is the route that you need to take. It's not a super fancy office, but overall they are very friendly and he is a great doctor.

Their staff was not that friendly, and didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome. I felt like my needs were mostly met, but they didn't make any extra effort. Appt were so behind schedule, I felt rushed. The office was easy enough to find. I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed. Be ready to wait at least an hour to two to see the doctor, even with an appt! They messed up and charged me wrongfully and finally agreed to refund me after I called several times!

I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased. They were very sympathetic to my situation, and made me feel cared for. I knew that I could count on them at all times. One thing I noticed about their office was how absolutely fantastic it smelled. They must clean or sanitize all the time. Most of the time, they don't call me back for quite a while, but they've called me back quickly once or twice. The office was easy enough to find.

The office was easy enough to find. They were somewhat easy to reach in an emergency. They didn't answer the call at first, but did eventually call me back. I had to wait forever after I arrived for my appointment. They were running really behind and I was disappointed because it threw off the rest of my day. My whole experience at this office was below average. The doctor seems capable, but for the multiple people on staff, the office is very poorly run and needs major organizational and business skills. Examples are waiting over two hours from appointment time, when a simple phone call would have rectified the inconvenience. Prescription refill requests from pharmacies are never filled.

He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.
