It never fails how long I have to wait on hold when I call them. I'm always put on hold forever and I find myself not even wanting to call. They didn't tell me anything about my treatment options. I left feeling very confused and frustrated. I couldn't believe how rude and inconsiderate they were. I showed up before their scheduled closing time and they said they were closing. They knew I needed help but they still decided to close early.
