They do not care about their patients. They are so rude. The wait time is forever. DO NOT go here if you don't like rude people. They told me my miscarriage was a good thing, and then went on and on about God.

This doctor office is an absolute disaster. There may be 20 girls working there but no one knows anything, they have to keep asking each other the question, then they still don't have a definite answer for you. Their bathroom is disgusting, the smell alone made me gag. When I scheduled my appointment it took them less then five hours to call me and cancel it and reschedule it. They have no idea what they are doing. I had a ton of questions to ask one of the doctors but no doctor was around to ask, and the nurses had no idea. I do not look forward to going back...

There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. I was somewhat uneasy during my appointment. I was never able to fully relax. They don't make an effort to know me by name. Every time I call their office I end up angry at the receptionist girls. They used to keep me on Hold for a minimum of 9 minutes every time I called. It was almost immediate, too. Right now, I've been trying to get help about something potentially serious. It has been a just over a week since my first call. Yesterday I was told that I would get a call in the morning. It is now 2pm and no call. I called, ringing for 2 mins. I called again, Busy signal. Busy signal. I'd rather go to someone else who might actually appreciate my loyalty and business, as well as urgency.
