One thing I noticed about their office was how absolutely fantastic it smelled. They must clean or sanitize all the time. This is one of the friendliest and most welcoming offices I've ever visited. They put in the extra effort to make me feel valued and important. I am going to refer everyone I know here. I absolutely love this place. They put in the extra effort to make me feel valued and important. I felt that they really valued my health and happiness because they followed up even after my appointment just to check up on me. It was such a nice gesture that made a huge difference.

The office temperature was fine. They were extremely late to all my appointments. I actually left the first time and re-scheduled. The second attempt they were about 30 minutes late. I really liked Susan Mendelsohn, however. She was worth the wait. The office staff was unfriendly and seemed not to care whether patients were inconvenienced by the wait time.
