They're really great about taking their time with me, and they don't mind answering my questions. I've never felt like an annoyance to them no matter how many questions I have. Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. I spend a little too much time in the waiting room. I've waited longer at other offices, but I was hoping to be seen sooner.

I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated. One of the first things I noticed about this business was the level of detail and attention to make the building handicap-accessible. Even the bathrooms were designed to be accessible with doors wide enough to accommodate wheelchairs and grab bars in the stalls. You could tell they really made an effort to accommodate people with all different needs. They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important. Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately.

I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. I am never put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a quick question I won't have to wait a half hour through terrible music to get it answered. When comparing them to others I have visited for the same condition, they are among the best I have seen. They keep the restrooms well-stocked here, and not just with the basics. There is mouthwash, lotion and other amenities. You can tell they want their clients to be as comfortable as possible. There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on. All of the risks and benefits of my treatment were explained to me. Barrie May, MD was very thorough and informative.
