No, I had to leave I was so distressed

Yes! He/she took a personal call right in front of me. I found it to be incredibly rude.

Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable. They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. One thing I noticed about their office was how absolutely fantastic it smelled. They must clean or sanitize all the time.
