Dr. May is fast, friendly, and thorough; his staff is also very fast, friendly, and thorough. (And funny.) I have a life-long history of dealing with bad doctors or bad visits, but Dr. May is wonderful. I never feel blown-off or talked-down-to. He is a bit hypomanic but it adds to his efficiency. Harvard man, brilliant diagnostician.
