One thing I love about them, is that they're always willing to ask for other qualified professionals' advice when they don't have an answer for my question. I never have to worry about them giving me a wrong answer just because they weren't willing to ask for help. Their office was the absolute perfect temperature. It was so nice to be able to get out of the weather outside and sit in a relaxing, comfortable office. They always make sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. They've never left me waiting. They make sure to treat all their clients equally and without favoritism. I've always hated it when I've seen favoritism going on at other places I've visited. It's nice that it doesn't happen here. I felt that they really valued my health and happiness because they followed up even after my appointment just to check up on me. It was such a nice gesture that made a huge difference.

When comparing them to others I have visited for the same condition, they are among the best I have seen. They've answered a couple of my questions over the phone, but most of the time I have to schedule an appointment. They keep the restrooms well-stocked here, and not just with the basics. There is mouthwash, lotion and other amenities. You can tell they want their clients to be as comfortable as possible. I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased.

He explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. My options were explained in detail, my questions were answered, and I felt good about choosing my treatment plan. I was at ease during all my appointments. He made sure I was relaxed and comfortable. Also, I liked the relatively convenient location, right in the midst of the Milpas Street shopping area. I didn't have any trouble at all finding his office my first time there. Dr. Diaz is willing to ask for other qualified professionals' advice, so he avoids giving me a wrong answer just because he wouldn't ask for help. Most important, I trust him. He is thorough, knowledgeable and accessible.
