Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it. They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously. It was very clear that they didn't take pride in their office's appearance. In fact, the office was disgusting. I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all.
