Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all. I'll definitely be going back. I didn't have a bad experience. The office was easy enough to find. I haven't seen any coupons or discounts for this provider's office, but I haven't really looked. They never mention anything about promotions when I'm there.

I wish they had a few more staff members on hand. They weren't severely understaffed but it was obvious they could've used more help. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. They were by far one of the best I've ever seen in their field. It was obvious that they've been exceeding their clients' expectations for many years.

They gave me sufficient information to make a decision about my treatment plan. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary. I'll definitely be going back. I didn't have a bad experience.

It doesn't look clean because it's old so it needs updating. The wait is extremely long especially in the exam room.

The doctors/NPs/PAs are good though and they always provide fast prescriptions.
