I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated. They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary. Let me just say that this business is in one of the safest areas around and you will be pleasantly surprised at how lovely the surroundings are. They're really great about taking their time with me, and they don't mind answering my questions. I've never felt like an annoyance to them no matter how many questions I have. I wasn't unhappy with the chairs in the waiting room. They weren't anything special but they served their purpose.

They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important. The staff really knows what they're doing, and they know a lot about the company they work for. They're able to answer most of my questions, and the only ones they don't are the ones they need their boss's approval for. The chairs in their waiting room were definitely above average. I was comfortable. They were absolutely amazing and make others in the same field look like beginners. I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time. They always made sure that I wasn't in any pain. They've never been late to any of my appointments. I've even showed up early sometimes and they've always been ready and prepared. Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it. I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged.
