Very happy wtih front desk staff, answers to questions and professionalism. I don't got to Doctors to make a best friend, I got to get direction, answers and statistics! I choose Doctors based on their credentials, referrals and experience. I was very pleased with his pricing, services and staff. He is excatly the type of Doctor I look for and despite being busy, he provided all the information one could possibly need....

Dr. D. is unprofessional, arrogant prick. He thinks only of himself and not for his patients. I felt very rushed. They barely spent two minutes with me and almost completely ignored me.

There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously. It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule. Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable.

They didn't tell me anything about my treatment options. I left feeling very confused and frustrated. I was very surprised that they didn't want to answer my questions at all. In fact, they just ignored all of my questions. They have a very good professional reputation. I know that I'm under the care of an expert. They made no attempt to follow up with me after my appointment. It isn't a big deal, but it does say something about the overall atmosphere of the office. Every time I come here I feel so unwelcome as soon as I enter the door. They can never seem to remember my name when I first arrive and always forget it throughout my appointment.

No, they've never taken personal calls with me

No, they were very calm and understanding

No, I don't think so
Does this provider ever overbook appointments here?
No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments
