They don't really take that extra step to make me feel special. I'm just another client to them. I had to wait a while after I arrived for my appointment. The staff didn't even keep me updated about how much longer it would be. The office was easy enough to find. I never had to doubt their qualifications. They made their credentials completely obvious, which made me feel a lot safer.

Dr. Letamendi doesn't really pay attention to you when you're talking, it seems as if he's ignoring me. Appointments are very quick and he doesn't really explaing what my problems are.
