They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. When comparing them to others I have visited for the same condition, they are among the best I have seen. They are always polite and never use foul language, which I really appreciate. It's always made me uncomfortable at other places when I've heard them use foul language, but they don't here. I know I can bring my kids, and not worry about it. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them.

I've been seeing Dr. Shore for nearly 20 years. The office was easy enough to find. I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long. He has always been able to see me when needed.

They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable.
