This is the MOST incomeitent dr. office on the planet. Wait times are awful. 2 years at this office and NEVER actually saw Dr. Cooper. PA is very nice, but communication with Dr and staff to get perscriptions is a JOKE! Took me 2 weeks to get the correct refill on meds that I have been taking for almost 20 years. Records are not kept correctly. Never once have they sent my new perscriptions to the correct pharmacy, even tho I told them where to send them. Save yourself time and a HUGE headache and go somewhere else!

I visited this office for laser hair removal and on my first visit while undressed from the waist down (covered only by a paper gown) a man came in, didn't knock, didn't introduce himself, didn't tell me what he was doing there. I had to ask if he was the doctor and still he didn't introduce himself (only replied "yes, that's me"). I also had to ask for the numbing cream prior to the laser procedure (which hurts like a mother by the way) and I was told it was too late and I would have to wait until my next visit and to "ask sooner." A little common courtesy and politeness would have been nice. I was also not given instructions on things to watch for after the procedure. If I had not already paid for the entire 8 sessions up front (via Groupon) I would not go back to this office. I will also not be recommending this doctor to anyone.
