It's shocking how little they seem to care about customer service. From my experience It appears as if customers are never put first here. The staff is incredibly rude and seem to care more about themselves. I had to wait quite a while for my appointment. I was very disappointed. They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary. Their staff was somewhat friendly, but they didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome.
