I wouldn't think twice about sending my friends and family here. They are very good at what they do. They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places. I really admire them for being more than willing to ask for help from other professionals in the field when they don't have an answer to my question. They aren't even slightly arrogant, and I'm confident they always have my best interest at heart. I love that I can count on them to work with me until they find a solution for my situation. Other places I've visited, seem to give up after they don't have an answer for me the first time, but not here. I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me.

I have not had to wait very long. Most recently I have seen Trudi Frazer, NP, and she is a real pro and very thorough. She listens to what I have to say and she seems to have good instincts coupled with excellent knowledge, background and training. She encouraged me to have mammograpy, colonoscopy and other tests I had not had for awhile and I am so glad she did. Trudi then referred to the appropriate specialist. The staff is also courteous and friendly, though very busy. They always listen to every question or concern I may have.

What I really loved was how friendly the doctor and staff were here. I felt so welcome and will definitely be with them for the long haul. I didn't experience any unnecessary pain during my visit, and I was amazed at how much better I felt after I left. I know they really care about me and what I have to say. I saw the nurse practitioner Deanna and I've never had someone treat me the way she did! She was the nicest, most respectful, caring doctor I've ever seen! She made me feel like part of the family. I want to give her all my thanks and love!

They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here. I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased. They were by far one of the best I've ever seen in their field. It was obvious that they've been exceeding their clients' expectations for many years. They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places. I've never seen anyone who is more respected by their staff. The entire staff only had great things to say about working there, and it made me want to return all the more.
