Certain members of his staff are rude and absolutely do not care about helping clients. I've been called in early for an appointment, and left for 50 minutes in the closed room after being called in! Not only did I wait for this long before asking how much longer it would be, but they casually told me I would have to wait another 30 minutes or so in the room. When expressing my confusion and frustration at this fact, no one apologized or seemed to care. The asked me if I could "try to be more patient" -_-. I will NEVER go to Dr. Del Toro again!

I would never recommend them to anyone. They were terrible. The staff made mistakes in the immigration exam application forms and were completely unapologetic. I could tell they not really care about everyone who visits them. The waiting room was crowded and, the waiting time is at least 30-45 min. The doctor is very approachable but the staff is not.
