Everything about this physician is great but one individual in the front office staff. I am a young professional, however the attitude given to me was as if I didn't know what I was talking about or "he's just a kid". When needing a prescription justified to the insurance company I was told that I needed to call and explain because she "was busy and there are other patients other than" me. How can I be expected to explain a medical condition with conviction without a medical background. I asked if she had asked the doctor to call or if she had even discussed it with him, she said no. The next day I had the prescription I needed. Point is that this should have never been made my problem. In addition, on several occasions I have had the need to ask several questions sometimes regarding different conditions. This office administrator requires me to schedule a separate appointment, each with a co-pay, even when asked to schedule enough time to discuss all topics. Most recently I was told that a request absolutely could not be accomodated, when I asked why her reply was "what do you need again". It seems the default reply in her vocabulary is "no" and it is up to you to justify the need. If you are a push over she wins and you will continue to receive less than satisfactory service. This is in stark contrast to how she treats those who have a perceived success about them. Dress nice and speak well or you will never be able to conquer this hurdle. This is very frustrating to deal with, however ALL of the other staff is very very helpful and kind. I have been a patient there for three or so years and will not be going back after I was treated rudely and hung up on without provocation.

Not really. I had to schedule an appointment for most of my questions.
