I love that I can count on them to work with me until they find a solution for my situation. Other places I've visited, seem to give up after they don't have an answer for me the first time, but not here. Everything they told me in the beginning ended up turning out exactly the way they said it would. They were able to provide me everything they promised me. I've never doubted their abilities. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary. All of my questions were answered during the appointment, which put my mind at ease.

They listened closely to everything I was telling them, and showed a lot of attention to detail. I've never had to worry about them forgetting something or not reading my information correctly, which I've encountered at other places. They were very sympathetic to my situation, and made me feel cared for. I knew that I could count on them at all times. I don't know of anywhere else that would've taken better care of me. I had a great experience. Let me just say that this business is in one of the safest areas around and you will be pleasantly surprised at how lovely the surroundings are.

Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time. I was confident that they were using the latest treatment methods. They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered.
