They always make sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. They've never left me waiting. I was very pleased to see that their equipment was state-of-the-art and well taken care of. It really put me at ease to see that everything was so advanced. Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily. They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me. I've never had to worry about them being understaffed or not being able to help me right when I need it. They have a huge staff that's very knowledgeable and qualified.

For the doctor and staff to be so nice and helpful you would think the guy at the front would have been weeded out by now.

He is rude and condescending. I have called a couple of times to check and see if my insurance had reimburse the office for a visit I had in September. He told me that it should take about 6 weeks for me to hear something. After two months I called my medical provider to find out what the hold up was only to find out that the claim was never submitted.

This guy is the worst.

The doctor is GREAT, but the receptionist is terribly rude and so therefore I will look for another dermatologist.
