Do not bring your child here.

I have never had such a horrible experience with a physician. After an hour and half wait, this 'physician' came into the room without so much as an introduction or acknowledgment of me or my child only to sit down and read the patient file. Then without even examining my son, gave him a diagnosis and treatment plan without discussing anything. To say he was rude and condescending would be an understatement.

I would warn any and all moms considering bringing in their child in to reconsider. We were able to get an appointment with this doctor in just one day and it is clear why this is so- I would be shocked if he had any patients (particularly pediatric) that returned. I have no idea how any reviewers gave him more than 1 star unless they had some personal connection with him.

They were so easy to reach in an emergency, they answered my call immediately. It is a relief to know that I can count on them to always be there for me when I need them the most. Their prices were very fair. The level of care you get for the price is outstanding. The restrooms at this provider's office were clean and well-maintained. You could tell that they cleaned them regularly. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to.

I do not normally write reviews like this, but I scheduled an appointment with Dr. Levin, filled out my paperwork ahead of time, and arrived on time for a 2:45 appointment. After waiting nearly an hour in the waiting room with no one providing a schedule status, I asked one of the ladies in reception whether this was common -- she was nice, but basically said, well, he does procedures in the middle of the day and he's running behind. I asked if she knew how much longer it might be -- she said 15 or 20 minutes. Five minutes later (perhaps sensing I was about to walk out, which the patient with the appointment after me did), someone came to get me, only to leave me again in a room to tell me it would be a few minutes. I read all the materials on the wall and tried to entertain myself ... at an hour and a half AFTER my scheduled appointment, Dr. Levin arrived, and began reading my file. I indicated I wanted to know about two questionable moles, one on my arm and one on my leg, as an aunt had just dies of melanoma. He began lecturing me from a 1970s poster on melanoma hanging on the wall. I told him I knew the basics as I had done a great deal of research when my aunt died, and I said "I really would just like you to look at these two moles to tell me whether I should be concerned" to which he responded totally seriously "NO, you have to listen to me." OK, at this point, I had been there nearly and hour and a half and mind you NO ONE had even MENTIONED it no less apologized. He was rude, haughty, and arrogant in a way that I have not experienced possibly ever (and I am nearly 40). After being told I "HAD to listen to him" I said very calmly "no, I really don't; I've been waiting almost an hour and a half and you're not even listening to what my concern is -- I think we should probably just not do this as I don't think we seem to have have very good chemistry." ... to which he said "fine" and basically threw my chart at me and walked into the next room. I am horrified that someone with this demeanor is in a position to deal with people. I actually found him to be a little bit frightening, as his reaction to being questioned, even quietly and calmly, obviously left him enraged. I will report this to my insurance company as well, as this is not acceptable behavior.
