Very! I've never seen an employer treat their staff better

Not at all, I showed up early and they were ready to see me

Absolutely! I always get sound, helpful, and completely unbiased advice!

Is this business in a safe neighborhood?
No way!! Be aware it is very unsafe and I was scared
Were the staff members able to answer your questions?
Every time I asked the staff a question, they referred me to someone else
Does this provider treat every client equally?
Not at all, they only make time for their favorite clients
Did they follow up with you after your appointment?
No, but they said they were going to!
Did this provider ever postpone your appointment?
All the time, and they usually don't notify me until right before my scheduled appointment

They were average

Absolutely! You can tell that he/she really makes an effort to look professional

Never, they go out of their way to address every concern of mine immediately

Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. They never left me for an extended period of time and I never felt ignored. Their prices were very fair. The level of care you get for the price is outstanding. The doctor and staff really went out of their way to make me feel welcome. They were so friendly! There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on.

I've been other places that left me unattended for quite awhile, but not here. They would never leave me unattended and they always go the extra mile to make me feel cared for. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. They put in the extra effort to make me feel valued and important. I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time.
