Their staff is very friendly and professional. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily.

I made an appointment for 4:15. I was told to arrive at 4:00. I arrived about 5 min before 4:00 and still had to sit and wait for an hour. I wasn't called back until 5:00. Then I was told to undress and put on the paper gown only so I could sit in a cold room for another 20 minutes. The doctor finally came in at 5:20. She looked at my skin concern, shrugged her shoulders and gave me a prescription for a steriod ointment and said if it doesnt get better in 3 weeks then come back. When I asked if she even had an idea what was wrong she said no. When I asked any questions about my skin she would give a very vague answer and not answer the question. The ointment didn't do anything for my skin except make me feel icky. The visit to Mrs. Smiths office was a complete waste of my time.

Not at all, they were one of the kindest, most attentive individuals I've ever met

Yes, they were informing me of new advancements that were extremely recent

Yes, I'm going tell everyone about them. I absolutely love this place!

No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments

If I couldn't find anyone better, I'd return again, but I'm hoping I can find better service somewhere else. I had to hang up after not being able to simply schedule an appointment with the receptionist. She cept asking me double questions, wasn't listening to my availability, I had to repeat myself, then she asked if she could put me on hold.
